Refund and Cancellation Policy
How recurring business-listing subscriptions can be cancelled or reviewed.
Recurring charges
Starter and Partner are billed monthly per listing. The plan, billing period and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. The Free plan does not incur charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel from the business dashboard to stop future renewals, normally at the end of the current billing period. Any non-waivable consumer or statutory rights remain applicable.
Refund requests
For duplicate or mistaken charges, a listing rejected during review, or other billing concerns, contact legal@lytheron.com with the account email, affected listing and payment date. We review each case and honor any mandatory refund and withdrawal rights under applicable law.
Payment privacy
Never send your complete payment card number or security code by email. We may ask for transaction-identifying details to investigate safely.
