Café Clock, in a renovated house on Talaa Kbira, has been the reference cultural café inside the Fez medina since the mid-2000s. Come for a camel burger (their wink), a vegetarian dish, and above all for the programme: Moroccan cooking classes with a local chef, gnawa music sessions at the weekend, Arabic calligraphy workshops.
