Medersa Bou Inania — visite
14th-century Quranic school, a Marinid architectural masterpiece.
About
The Bou Inania Medersa (1350-1355), on Talaa Kbira, is probably the finest publicly accessible monument in the Fez medina. Unlike most medersas, it's open to all (Muslims and non-Muslims alike) for a modest entry ticket. Inside: a marble patio, carved stucco walls, a finely engraved cedar-wood door and a rare cedar ceiling. Visit takes 30 to 45 minutes.
