Tramway Rabat-Salé
Modern tramway linking Rabat, Salé and the university.
About
The Rabat-Salé tramway, opened in 2011, efficiently connects both cities via a Bouregreg bridge. Two lines, a very cheap flat fare, clean and frequent. It's the simplest way for a visitor to move between Rabat-Ville station, the medina, Hassan Tower and Salé. Runs roughly 6am-10pm. We list this public service because it makes a Rabat/Salé visit very smooth.
